A jig to cut out a series of matching diamonds on straight and curved sections of the center arch portal
The center arch portal in progress. The main structure of the arch was a welded steel frame with plywood boxes to attach the facing.
Modifications to make a bolted stair unit into a standalone rolling unit
A photo showing the structure of the center I-Beam pillar unit. The upstage header units were ground supported and joined at an obtuse angle at this pillar. The pillar was attached to the platform legs with Mega Claw clamps.
